Link My Media brings your media, message, and destination link together in one shareable package. Sending the media and link separately through your own messaging app, such as WhatsApp, means two messages: one with the media and another with the linked text.

Create your linked media

3 simple steps
01

Upload your media

JPG · PNG · GIF · WEBP

Before signup, your selected file stays on this device. After signup, uploads are public so recipients can view them. Anyone with the permanent file link can access them.

Your first package is free.

First, finish your package on this page: upload an image or GIF, add your destination link, and fill in any optional message or sharing details you want to use.

When your package is ready, return to this card and tap Sign up free to save and share below. No payment required. Your draft carries over when you sign up on this device.

Your media. One click away.

Upload an image or GIF to bring it to life.

Your linked media will appear here as you create.

Image + destination + your words. All together.

Email: your image links to your chosen destination. Messages: share a link that may display a preview card.

Share a clickable preview card

Prepare your package above, then sign up free to create its shareable preview card. No payment required for your first package.

WhatsApp gets a separate square thumbnail with the whole image inside it. The message keeps your full description; the preview uses a short title. WhatsApp controls the final size and layout. Create and send a new card to use this update; previously sent previews may stay cached.

Shares one public link with a padded preview to keep your whole image visible. Messaging apps still control cropping and layout. Tapping the card opens your destination. Anyone with the link can view it; changes to your draft need a new card.

GIFs generally animate in email, while WhatsApp and other messaging platforms may show a still preview. Playback depends on the receiving app.

Plain SMS shows text and a link only. Other messaging apps may show a preview; text sharing requires a compatible messaging app on your device.

Send directly from the app

Use this name in the email’s From display and “Shared by” line. The sending email address stays the same. Leave blank to keep the current defaults: Link My Media in From, and your account name in “Shared by.” Your choice is remembered on this device.

Type an email address here, or choose a saved recipient below. No saved contact is needed; sending requires an email address.

GIFs generally animate in email, while WhatsApp and other messaging platforms may show a still preview. Playback depends on the receiving app; GIF emails also include a browser-viewing link.

If an ampersand (&) appears as “&” in your email, write “and” instead.

Sent by Link My Media, not from your personal mailbox. Delivery, image display and previews depend on the receiving app.

Sending to recipients who aren’t app users requires the app owner to connect and verify a custom domain. Only send to people who expect your email.

A quick email-size check

GOOD TO KNOW
Message limit20 MB

iCloud Mail: 20 MB for incoming and outgoing messages. Mail Drop supports files up to 5 GB when enabled in Apple Mail; it sends a download link, not a larger inline image. This app does not enable Mail Drop.

View all limits & how linked media differs

Gmail: 25 MB · iCloud: 20 MB · Yahoo: 25 MB · Outlook Internet: 20 MB · Exchange Server: 10 MB total attachments · Exchange Online: 150 MB (Outlook), 112 MB (web).

The downloaded draft uses a publicly hosted image reference, not a file attachment. Some email apps download and embed it; encoding can add roughly 33% to file size. Limits are reference defaults, not a delivery guarantee. Images may require recipients to enable remote images, and some clients show GIFs as still images.
